There is a certain limitation when it comes to Ethereum and the important thing is that it cannot be considered as a currency and there are a ton of projects coming out with their platform,but i am yet to see some good projects using their platform in a long time,there are good ones coming but to see the price of Ethereum reach another level of valuation we need more tokens and more usage of ETH gas.
I dont think ethereum even aims to be a currency. I agree with the fact that we need to see more projects succeed which I think will start next year when we still the original ICO frenzy projects fail. People will then see their mistakes ( hopefully ) and start to move forward.
This is only the beginning. It will gain more value with time. 2018 will be the year of ethereum. I’m expecting a 3x or even 4x at least.
PART of 2018 will be the year of ethereum, you need to remember all of these projects that are receiving millions in funding that are shitcoin will start to run out of money and fail. When that happens, people are going to look around and feel as if they have been blindsided. We will see a fall out, and people will leave upset. However people will learn from there mistakes and new ICO standards will be created to help us move forward.
The price keep increasing recently, and its above 350$ actually, and its going up almost daily. Ethereum is the most used altcoin nowadays and its price will be a lot higher than present, because almost all the ICO devs and investors keep trading it, buying it and of course advertising it more.
This doesnt seem to prove much of anything.

Why though? ETH really doesnt have room to grow until people get passed their burned money that they have invested in ICO's. These projects that people have invested in are going to fail, and it wont be a simple " ops I made a mistake". All hell will break lose, until people start to realize that traditional investing standards and practices should be considered. You cant invest in a coin without utility, and without a MVP.
Definitely ETH is mooning. Looks like it has the attention it badly needed and investors and traders are pouring money on it. But I doubt its sustainable though, I'm sure when it reaches around $400 most will sell it off. I believed in those coins long ago that's why I'm happy when it reaches its ATH like 6 months ago however, it didn't regained after that. But today and last few days increased looks like it can it again, but then again, I felt that it will go and drop again. Its like btc, mental barriers hard to control and decision to sell is always there.
It certainly will drop again, nothing will just continue a uptrend. What people forget is that WE NEED LOSERS. I want all of you in this thread to lose money. Why? Because if everyone made money there wouldnt be room for other too. We need people to invest poorly and lose money, so that the smarter investors can make money. If investing was guaranteed or safe, no one would be rich.
