Hi,
I started solo Mine Zencash, My question is how will I know if my Miner has found a block?
I am getting following in my miner stats.
-----
INFO 11:17:15: GPU3 Accepted share 47ms [A:23, R:0]
INFO: Detected new work: d163
I think you're doing something wrong, your output looks like you're not mining solo but on a pool. All those accepted shares are for a pool. In solo mining everything that gets accepted are the blocks you mined. So, most of the time your miner is only reporting hashrates, and then, once in a while, it'll say "accepted" — that's when you find a block. With ZEN, at the current difficulty, you'll need A LOT of hash power to find blocks regularly.
I have 22K Sol in total, My plan is to point one Rig to solomining and if it has found a block then move all hashing power to complete it.
Sounds like you have no idea what you're talking about whatsoever.

That's not how it works, you don't "complete" anything like that. With 22k sol you're not likely to find any blocks for days/weeks, so if you want to mine ZEN, just join a pool — this is not the kind of coin you can mine solo with only a few rigs.
