Poloniex lowered my daily withdrawal limit to $0! What can I do?

For two months they have not answered my support request to raise my withdrawal limit over $2k. Now they have lowered it to $0!

Multiple requests ignored...  #431491 Pending verification... 51 days.

What can I do?

Can you give us any more details? Did you send them ID documents for KYC verification? Was there anything you did that may have violated their terms: for example, if you sent passport or driver's license, did the documents match the first/last name you provided for Tier 1 verification?

I hope this isn't the beginning of a larger trend. I was never able to get Tier 2 verification because they couldn't match my details to public records and I wasn't willing to give them the last 4 of my SSN. I've mostly kept my account empty because of all the complaints of unanswered tickets and missing deposits/stuck withdrawals.

After I moved $2K back to Coinbase, they invalided my basic permissions. Forced me to re-upload my ID again. Now it is pending. They have not answered any of my support requests in 2 months. They are holding a lot of my money.

Damn, I've never heard of anyone having their limit lowered to $0. This must be new. Would you mind saying what country you are from? Bittrex recently started locking lots of peoples' accounts, and it seems to be based on country of residence.

Mysterious. Also Bittrex is told to hold funds because of verification issues. Is looking to me like scamming people. They at least should warn users for upcoming limit reduction and let them payout their funds. Novaexchange is a good example, how legit acts are working, even if exvhanger is planning to close. They gave early announcements and give users months time to payout. Just to reduce limits and  take funds like Poloniex and Bittrex seem to do is illegal, scamming and stealing money. So category Scam Accusation should be the right place for this case.

My money is stucked at poloniex too. They are not answering tickets about 60 days. So confused dunno what to do...
