OK after some experimenting, the best for my 7950 two cards is:

cgminer --scrypt --worksize 128 -I 11 -o http://yac.coinmine.pl:8088 -u xxx -p xxx --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-memclock 1650 --thread-concurrency 12288 -g 2 -Q 0 -s 1 -E 5 --auto-fan --temp-target 73

i‚m getting around 400Khs with rejects around 6-7 %  is this OK ?

Good idea. I'm sure that now that the whole premise of YAC being a CPU only coin is bust, the value is sure to rise Roll Eyes

hanzac is right, transaction fees on multiple small transactions are brutal.  

Has anyone tried solo mining?  When i try it just keeps saying "found block for pool 0" continuously but I don't get any payments.

I once solo mined awhile but it's not stable. One day is more, the other day is less.

Just ignore the "found block for pool 0" without accepted notice. It's just mostly appeared at beginning.

this is the info for nvidia card I'm using. posting here because someone might have idea how to get faster kh/s.
I'm using worksize 32 and -I 11 and the other settings default to get 47 kh/s.

Yes, I've tested. I think it's really the "-g 2" option gives the boost by loading double kernel each card.

yes -g2 doubles hashrate in my case ! Wink

but pools seems to be the problem.. I‚m getting "pool not prowiding work fast enought" most of the time.. still I think this will pay out at least twice compared to BTC GPU mining.. Smiley will see tonight..

Could I use modified cgminer to mine LTC? I think that --scrypt option is not good idea. Why not --scrypt-jane? Other option is to rename cgminer... Current configuration of modified cgminer is confusing.

hashing avg.: 126.3kh/s

Parameters:

If i use a --scrypt-jane program shutdown.

Q: Some other tuning of parameters?? 

Q2: Can I use a processor for hashing with GPU on same time.

I think your 7790 with 126.3KH/s is good enough

The CPU mining functionality is not available.

Hey, how about actually calling it what was decided upon some time ago - the algorithm is actually "scrypt-chacha", you could theoretically use the scrypt-jane library to mine LTC too.

that will in my opinion lead to a price decline.

Anyone got his 5770 over 56 kH? Seeing a 7790 do over 120 kH makes me thing my good ol' 5770 can do 100 too, but no matter what settings i try, always max out at 56 kH. Currently doing this:
cgminer.exe --device 0 --scrypt --worksize 256 --lookup-gap 2 -I 11 --thread-concurrency 10240

None of the settings have a significant impact. E.g. I had Thread concurrency at 3200 as for scrypt mining, same result. Intensity 11, 12 or 13, same results (except at thread concurrency 3200, then it crashes the driver above 11). Worksize and lookup-gap too. Huh

Don't have the energy to do that now. ;-)
I'm focus on the scrypt-chacha optimization only. Later I'll see if it's possible to merge these different mixing & hash parts.

(the parameter scrypt is so simple to use, I don't like to change it but instead rename the program already to yacminer)

You're right that people will be afraid of the difficulty decline with N rises. Because it's common sense that the difficulty is the measure of network security for most crypto-coins. But you can also think it as the challenge.
