jo note aik hi malik ke hotay hain aur aik hi qisam ki maliyat rakhtay hain agarchay puranay aur new hon es mein tabadlah masawi (Barabar) tor par haath dar haath jaiz hai, kami zayad-ti ke sath tabadlah sood honay ki wajah se najaiz ha, lehaza naye noton ko puranay noton ke badlay kami Beshi ke sath khareedna ya farokht karna najaaiz aur sood hai .

agar aisa mamla karna zaroori ho to juwaz ki soorat yeh hosakti hai ke naye note dainay wala shakhs naye noton ke sath maslan hazaar rupay ki maliyat note ke sath koi izafi cheez mila kar aik hi aqad mein farokht kere, maslan : aik qalam sath rakh day, pas aik hazaar rupay ke badle aik hazaar rupay ho jaien ge, aur izafi raqam qalam ke badle hojaye gi .

fatawa Shami mein hai :

فتاوی شامی میں ہے:

"(هو) لغة الزيادة. وشرعا (بيع الثمن بالثمن) أي ما خلق للثمنية ومنه المصوغ (جنسا بجنس أو بغير جنس) كذهب بفضة (ويشترط) عدم التأجيل والخيار و (التماثل)  أي التساوي وزنا (والتقابض) بالبراجم لا بالتخلية (قبل الافتراق) وهو شرط بقائه صحيحا على الصحيح (إن اتحد جنسا وإن) وصلية (اختلفا جودة وصياغة) لما مر في الربا .

(قوله: وإن اختلفا جودة وصياغة) قيد إسقاط الصفقة بالأثمان؛ لأنه لو باع إناء نحاس بمثله وأحدهما أثقل من الآخر جاز مع أن النحاس وغيره مما يوزن من الأموال الربوية أيضا؛ لأن صفة الوزن في النقدين منصوص عليها فلا تتغير بالصنعة ولا يخرج عن كونه موزونا بتعارف جعله عدديا لو تعورف ذلك بخلاف غيرهما، فإن الوزن فيه بالعرف فيخرج عن كونه موزونا بتعارف عدديته إذا صيغ وصنع كذا في الفتح، حتى لو تعارفوا بيع هذه الأواني بالوزن لا بالعدد لا يجوز بيعها بجنسها إلا متساويا، كذا في الذخيرة نهر."
