Monthly Activity Analysis & Report (February)

Hi Dear communit, Asslam o Alikum.I m doing well and expecting all of our community members to be doing really well. The monthly report is here let's take a quick look at it I little bit late but I think ignorable. So for the total active member, this month let's start,
Active users is our major problem ku ka hum saab ko pata ha ka apne top 15 hi maximum role play karte total number of posting ma and keeping thread active which is not good mere khyal ma but few months se hamare members increase ho rehe lekin iss bar decrease howe hain as many newbies are offline now from thread, koshish karr sakte humne ne too rewards rakh ka bi dekh lia lekin faraq nai pada soo hope soo new members wali problem jald fix out ho jaye gii haha nai to har banda 2 friends ko invite kare dekhte kia hota haha but humain natural users chaiye forced nai...
So here we are
432 posts in total for the February month which is great even i was not expecting such results and haha
UmerIrees sir lagta haa apne bohat mehnat ki haa and also you are the winner
for the 175
TRX with total 46 posts. I was not expecting this haha but this is reality soo dear apko until the end of week wait karna pade gaa reward claim ka lia address ha apka mere pass to no worries bro. So finally activity of the month is decent not only decent its great keep it up...
So the total Number of merits shared in February is quite good number really as month 28 days ka tha 3 days less kafi faraq padta oss see as 10 to 17 merits easily faraq daal dete so iss barr bi merit shared ma koi kami nai dekhne ko milli kuch members ka rank up howa and some are on the way expecting improvements to be continued... Soochne ki baat haa ka hamari Out section post quality improve kuu nai ho rai ya koi achii post hi nai kar raha outer sections maa i will include myself too in it.. Still things are better as Discussion ma merits kam milte hain ye to humain pata haa so yahan bi koi gilla nai but try to work more hard on it.

Yahan apko kuch member 2 3 extra dekhne ko millain ge inhon ne sirf aik post ki and moderator ne wo post delete kardi so manually apko nazar nai ain ge but their post is on the Database APIs.. Moving forward ye saab members hain Febraury ka contributors detailed

So community ma voting ka idea tha aik member kaa too mujhe idea achaa laga but kisi ko pata chala kisi ko nai soo main yahan report ma daal raha taa kee saab ko pata chal jaye.. So Voting ka lia mera aik format haa omeed ha saab osko follow karain gee and then from March we will add voting results, rest of things will be discussed later for rewards and other...
So Format is simple Vote on these Slots

Rules- 1 Vote per Slot (You cant vote two members for the same position)
- Avoid Spam Special Vote ki post Karne ki zarorat nai you can vote with your regular post add voting format under your post and vote
- This is an experiment so the Voting deadline is until the end of the month (March Only)
- No other Slot except mentioned ones (you can't vote for a position which is not mentioned
- Suggestions will be taken into count suggest with a vote to add or remove a slot but for the march, the format is fixed from April we can create a new format based on suggestion announcement will be done with the report
- [This is our PCVP Pakistan Community Voting Poliicy and no outside community vote will be taken in count as some other community members also post here so their vote is not going to be counted
Please follow i know i am no one to impose rules but as i mentioned i think you guys can trust me and follow this for month next time we can change it if you want to change anything do suggest with vote..
