P2P is up to you or sellers how they prefer to get the funds. It can be wire transfer, cash in person 2 person or any other way.

When you will sell your bitcoins and of course someone will buy it now you have to mention how you want to receive the funds?

Best way is to do transaction in USDT and at time OF selling convert it to USDT and transfer USDT.

Risk of being tracked or being questioned from FBR while filing is still there.

I don't know aus nay jeeta kia hay ?  Binance is not paying any taxes in pakistan aur aus ki apni trades bhi wasi ki wasi hi hien. Binance not returning any money. Tenup exchange bhi koi approve ni hoi aur na hi digitial PKR. Jo phelay hi chal raha tha wohi chalay ga agay but now ye hhoga k waqar zaka nay crypto ko unban kerwa dia jo kahbi ban thi hi ni

Sirf baatein Nahie Karta - Waqar Zaka 🙂 another victory for Technologymovementpakistan but there’s good news and bad news -

Example: Just like u can keep Sheesha at home , smoke whatever but u can’t run Sheesha cafe
In the same way u can have crypto or mining machine but if ur an exchanger or doing crypto business then FIA can take action

1) bad news first ; issue will be there for USDT exchangers , FIA will crack down on USDT buy sellers P2P dealers

2) good news , if u are buying crypto for yourself or if u have crypto mining , as long as you are not involved in money laundering or terror financing, FIA cannot arrest you for keep mining machine or holding crypto for urself only
