Please just because of one member objection never leave this thread because currently here things are not fair and balanced so what you are doing is good even this community have 3 merit sources but no one is doing his job as he needed to be done so your help encouraging many for doing better and getting involved.
Quality is badly down, but main issue is no one having anything which bring material for improvement in quality everyone is here for making money and right now its best and easy way of doing this so until someone bring anything solid for improving quality and better motivation of newbies all is well.
