Well, Telegram is a really great chat platform and works well. FortKnoxster also has encrypted chat and group chat; however we have much more like encrypted cloud storage, encrypted audio & video calling, group calling, encrypted calendar, encrypted notes etc. FortKnoxster is all about at having ALL you communication and data storage needs, in ONE platform, which makes it extremely powerful!

2. Each users public keys will be stored on the blockchain once signed up, removing the centralized public key store and moving to decentralized one; thus making it more secure.

hmm, that sounds interesting, im using Discord for alot of things, and now im thinking of how this compares to there, and i dont think Discord has cloud storage, thats a cool idea, nor a few other things you mentioned..
im kinda tired of ICOs, like alot of people i guess, but it's still a thriving funding method for projects so im sure this will get funding
