Anything that can be access through online is hackable so it will be on your part to improved the security and precautions like putting 2fa mobile authentication of your bitcoin wallet to avoid being hacked. If you do not take good care of your wallet specially your private key there is a big chance that you will lose your coins.

Bitcoin network core is impossible to hack although there's a small chance to hack but this is why the value is very high because although volatility is high but investors were making big money using blockchain technology.
Bitcoin is safe and needs verification across hundreds of thousands  multiple nodes over the computer networks.

Do you mean if a bitcoin is already in a wallet, can it be hacked? or you mean generate or get bitcoin out of the system to a personal account? if bitcoin is in a wallet then yes specially when your wallet is not well secured and is exposed to many unsecured sites and applications. I think all uses internet has a risk of hacking. But you are the one who make it secure. You can put long password, capitalized number and symbol so that ther hacker can't hack in a few days and change your password every month for security purposes. Put your private key in a safe place not inside of your computer.

Hackers will find the way to your bitcoins if user dont have a clue about how to secure wallet. Always protect your mail address with google authenticator for online wallets,try to enable 2fa on desktop wallets and just throw fe bucks to buy new hardware wallet. I am sure it will worth to protect your investment.
