Yes, it can be hacked.   But of course,  you can prevent that from happening,  by just making sure that you are logging in on your personal pc or phone and make sure no one knows your password.  Other possible things that might stole your information is when you download risky software on your phone or on computer. Hackers can take advantage of it to view your information using their software.  Better not to download to unsecured site.

I also suggest start using Google authenticator everything a login happens so that security is maintained always. I myself never ever save any passwords on the systems. Blockchain technology prevents hacking, but if you don't take care about security of your wallet, don't check the address of your wallet before every transaction you can lose crypto.
