Interesting airdrop...  I've been wondering why airdrops haven't done a smart contract before.  ICO's do them all the time, and this saves tons of money/distribution headache.


For the failed transaction thing, to me it almost feels like some metamask weirdness.  Not sure if all the folks having troubles are using metamask or not, so that might not be it, was just my initial feeling without actually doing any digging.

When I Click "Yes I am sure! Make transaction" in MEW, MM pops up with some pre-filled values.  (I currently have 6 gwei set in MEW).  Gwei stays the same, but on the transactions that fail, MM populates a 7digit gas limit (6377439 or there abouts).  So, I click reject and try again.  On the transactions that work, MM is setting a 5 digit gas price (60xxx).  When I see the 5 digit price, I know it'll work.  Update to 200000 and click submit.

I have not found a pattern to when it fails/works.  Sometimes I have to reload the contract, sometimes I just have to wait a minute or 10 and try again.

Fail transaction explanation:

1. Out of gas error - you need to change gas limit to 200,000 before send transaction.

2. Only 50 requests per 10 min block available:
Today with the bonus only 13000 eGAS tokens in each block available. 50 requests by 260 eGas tokens will success. If your transaction Fail means you are late, all eGAS token from this block have already distributed. Try next block.

it is called high demand..
while bonus is high there will be more that 50 requests per 10 min.. try to Request eGAS at the beginning of the block release.

eGAS tokens will be released in blocks. Blocks have period of 10 minutes. Each block contains 10000 plus bonus eGAS tokens. Only 50 request per 10 minutes can be processed.
