I just watched ETHGAS on ethplorer. Apparantly new coins are being added to the total volume of circulating supply. Why is that happening?

Read the smart contract, it says max total supply is 12 792 000 and the coins are being airdropped until 12million have been given out. |

I love how to get this coin, in a quite difficult way than airdrop. But, so much Dimmon trick in this part of the world, they want the lowest price with the manipulation of words, careful not to sell at low prices for another dimmon.
