That address is using some kind of his own smart contract to send all 0 ether to EGAS and generating coins.

But the reason is there is NO coming any even 0 transactions to egas account... how he can generate

I think its enough. i dont want to waste my ETH just for some fail transaction

if dev want think more, they should give limit 1 time only for an address with minimum 1 transaction before join the airdrop,
look that address, there is someone just got eGAS every 10 min.

I tried to send 0 ETH several times and all attempts getting failed all because of one guy who totally hijacked the contract.
I think we have a new eGAS owner very soon. He is consuming each coin and dumping them asap on ED and it's not the fair distribution at all.

You could have easily avoided this mess by adding a simple check in contract that no 1 address can claim multiple times in a single block of 10 mins. This would have given everyone a fair chance to grab tokens.

So maybe it is cheaper to take from exchange than request from contract? Correct price will be a week or two after distribution, but not the third day after start
