The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I can sell you that much.  If you are interested, my terms are you send first and then once the paypal chargeback window closes in 181 days I will then send you the BTC.  sound good?

Alternatively, do the same plan except have a third-party escrow hold the bitcoin during that period of time.

Listing that option in case OP is not familiar with the option of escrow.

For both of your safety, avoid using paypal for bitocoin. it is actually illegal for paypal to buy/sell bitcoin using paypal.

i got scammed once using paypal and when I dispute this paypal said the transaction is not covered and they closed the case.. Shocked
