So in the most countries, bitcoin is neither declared legal or illegal. In some it is declared illegal and some are actually allowing it and also promoting their own alts.
So what would a government needs to do to regulate bitcoin in the country? And how can a government actually benefit from legalizing bitcoin in the country? How can it actually support the economic system of the country.
In my own opinion, legalizing bitcoin in a certain country will help its economy to grow more and develop. It is because, those people that are unemployed will still have the capability to earn their own money through bitcoin. As well as those people who experience financial problems in their life, bitcoin will help them resolve that kind of problem. Bitcoin can help a country to develop as well as its people.
You are right legalizing bitcoin is the biggest and surprising decision will be if a country want I means legalizing bitcoin will help them to promote their economy level and also unemployment will deceases because those people who are free at their home will easily invest online in bitcoin and that’s how they will be busy in their work and unemployment will decreases as well as the economy power of that person will getting more stronger.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

the country need bitcoin not so fluctuate to get legalize from government.
but in reality bitcoin is fluctuating so high it make government think twice to legalize bitcoin.
Bitcoin can't be direct, controlling Bitcoin and in addition managing the esteem. Bitcoin can remain solitary with no administration control. This money is decentralized and on the off chance that it changes to centralization it might be anything but difficult to direct the esteem and Bitcoin clients will leave this cash.

Governments will have to legalize it in order to at-least monitor the flow of funds otherwise there is a threat of the increase in the black market and it will create a huge nuisance for the government and the country. I am not against taxation or monitoring but I oppose the control of my wealth. Legalizing would allow the government to legally seek the information about cryptocurrency market and flow of funds but that too without any right to control the things. It will be like healthy market environment without losing the freedom.
There are many regions who joined the bitcoin community and by following already bitcoin countries many regions are willing to accept it in coming days and all this delay is because of lack of bitcoin advertisement and many people are still unaware of bitcoin so information should be given to them so that they can also use bitcoin and their countries must legalize bitcoin and in future legalization will be mandatory.

If bitcoin system will be implement and soon this will happen taxation will be easy and many of people are saying that its anonymity will give problem to the government so their maybe a check on the transactions and this will really help to solve out this concern and more of it the governments who had accepted btc now they are doing progressive works in their regions and btc is best way to development.
Taxation will only be done when it comes to conversion into fiats and which would be regulated mostly on exchanges definitely.

Bitcoin serves as a capital gain in most countries and that is already being taxed. Fiats will still be in existence as obviously not the whole citizen of every country will be making use of the coin at least for now, and at some point, fiats will still be very relevant which would make government benefit a lot as well.
Legalization will bring stability to the prices as well because few people are using bitcoin now and when the community will grow stronger then there will be much more rise in the prices and will move to some stable values and since a lot of countries has accepted it and they are also wanting that more region get familiar to bitcoin and this coin can come to rule the world and whole world will use it and that will be more benefiting.

The issue of bitcoin legality that I think will be quite difficult because in some countries fear bitcoin can weaken the value of their country's currency and will make a monetary crisis. I think bitcoin is better to be a commodity as it is today.
Wise government who are sincere to give their citizens a better earning chance they never see any trouble in bitcoin and that’s true those who are negative thinkers they see the negativity's which never exist being neutral, bitcoin is the best chance to get development in the country and to raise the economy points and bitcoin promises to give profit and all these thing attracts the good governments that’s why they legalize.
The issue now is that most governments are selfish and they really care much about their pockets and the way they have been doing things than they care about the citizens. Like you said, governments who really have their citizens in mind will really not be bothered that much and they will only advise the citizens to just be careful most especially with the volatility.

So many jobless people have been able to use the freelance world to easily earn bitcoin and that can really help a lot with income flow into the country.

I believe that bitcoin should be allowed in all countries, but to control the conduct of the ICO. Many countries are good at crypto currency, but due to the fact that there is no control over the collection of funds, scammers benefit.

That's right there are good and bad effect when you legalize bitcoin like for example when the government legalized it more people will have an idea about bitcoin like thinking of bitcoin like a scam will be erase and they will surely getting interested about going to it. The bad side of it is when the government will implement and add tax on it then the result of that we small time holders will shoulder that move. So the best thing to do is just enjoy the bitcoin right now because no one knows when is the time it will end.

I think that Governments are not in the situation to take a lot of expensive measures to legalise Bitcoin, but the problem is, like in the oil industry, there are the big banks who rules the economic space of a country and they always have something to say, it is just a question of Bank profits.
Yes I agree with you I think bitcoin must be legalized in all over the world because those countries where bitcoin is legal so all the banks they are going to accept bitcoin and its transitions are also very fast that’s why in Europe bitcoin is going to come in newspaper as well so I wish that bitcoin will become legal everywhere because it’s a life changing currency and we want to use bitcoin any time any place and I’m very thank full to bitcoin for helping me.
the legalization of the bitcoin is very good for the bitcoin, it is very good if it is legal in our country so that we can make trade and make investment in it. ifbitcoin became the legal currency it will brought a high change in world which will affect the people of the country.

Honestly, legalizing bitcoin for me would be a terrific idea. This would promote bitcoin itself to the world and for people to know and have the idea about bitcoin better. In addition, not only that it helps people earn a lot, it can also boost an economy of a specific country because of it's really high value when it's volatility hits right.

Bitcoins is legal in our country because we can use it freely without any harm from the authority. But know ut is becoming a threat to the Government and also the banks especially our main bank that the government holds. They do not know how bitcoins work so they think that it is a scam and they are spreading the wrong ises about it for the people to not be involve in this because if all the people are gonna use bitcoins instead the monetary uniy of a country the government will fall because bitcoins do no have taxes because it is an independent currency.

There are some few countries that has banned bitcoin. Having this fact makes it more difficult to have all the countries in the world to legalize bitcoin. Also, bitcoin is being used for some illegal transactions which convinces some countries not to legalize bitcoin knowing that it might just harm their nation. Amidst all of these reasons, I still believe that as innovations keep on going, the benefits all bitcoin would be enough to convince the world to legalize it.

Legalizing the bitcoin is a really a good move, can list out a lot of advantages by the legalising the bitcoin. Firstly it improves the economy of the country as once it is legalised it comes under taxation, which gives a good income to the government. Already few countries legalised it, remaining countries should think about legalising the bitcoin.

I think of legalization of bitcoin as the most beneficial thing not only for the ones who are investing in bitcoin but also for the common people along with the government. It will remove all the doubts which most of us are having in our minds sue to which we are not getting into bitcoin. In addition to this, it will also help the government to make the economic condition of their country better.

I am also strongly in favor of making bitcoin legal throughout the world because it is the solution of unemployment for many people who are living a life of desperation just because of holding degrees but living a life poverty. Bitcoin is an amazing invention and it has changed the life of many people around the globe. Many states have made it legalized and they are doing great with this currency. I am pretty much in favor of its legalization.

if bitcoin is true in legalized in different countries it may be bitcoin price will be stable. because of course everyone in different countries is not afraid anymore to use bitcoin. so from that it makes the bitcoin marketcap very large and makes the bitcoin price stable.

It would be really nice if bitcoin was to be legalized because it would be really popular, and it will also give the people a sense of security that bitcoin is not really illegal and good source of income. The fact that other people usually don't trust bitcoin that much because it's not legal will change.

Legalizing it means Government will have a control over it, which is quite impossible since bitcoin is decentralized and anonymous, maybe just an awareness that btc exist will be fine but putting taxes is a no no.
