The governments should just stay off hand with bitcoin because at the very beginning it is decentralized so if the government would take responsibility on it, then some investors will surely go away. The only way I think the government can benefit from bitcoin is though banks where we transmit our money to.

If bitcoin will be legaize then bitcoin is taxable.  For sure there a lot from bitcoin will not happy to hear if this is taxable. I heard the tax is a litttle big and the price of bitcoin is unstable.  But so far in my country i dont have news about legalizing or even it is ban.

So in the most countries, bitcoin is neither declared legal or illegal. In some it is declared illegal and some are actually allowing it and also promoting their own alts.
So what would a government needs to do to regulate bitcoin in the country? And how can a government actually benefit from legalizing bitcoin in the country? How can it actually support the economic system of the country.

It's a good thing, if the country will legalize bitcoin. The goverment can take taxes from bitcoin transactions

Government want to regulate cryptocurrency market because government want to collect taxes. As we know that cryptocurrency market always growing year by years and its give government to adding more income from crypto trade

In many parts of the world, Bitcoin has been said to be the wealthiest currency in the economy, but in Bitcoin, my country is not accepted, there are a lot of Bitcoin rules, but very few people receive it. These laws, in my state, are pretty much rich people thanks to this currency and sure Bitcoins future will be accepted in my country.

Countries that outright ban Bitcoin will be at a huge disadvantage economically to countries that regulate and legalize it. Banning cryptocurrencies in a nation will destroy it's economy long time. It's the future, it's here, governments have to get on board or miss the train and collapse.
These countries are going to suffer badly in the future because their illogical decisions regarding crypto at the moment. The banning of bitcoin along with other virtual currencies is not the solution at all. People are still indulged in bitcoin related activities because they want to develop financially. They are tired of relying on their incapable governments for improving their lifestyles. Bitcoin is the future money.

When bitcoin is accepted by a government, it will be regulated. They are going to impose tax for sure and some other rules to be imposed. From the taxes paid by every transactions and campaign maybe they can benefit. It is just my point of view.

If bitcoin will be legalized, tax will put on effect since the government needs to get money from the people then every certain transaction will have a tax now. Although that will make the rich people more rich because they've found a new way to earn money, the lower class people can now match up with the people in the middle class. Poverty will be gone, but they still need to find a stable job for them to gain more income.

For me, if one country has legally bitcoin and their government support it, it is a big help to them in the state of economics. Helping their people to earn money by using bitcoin works and the benefits that bitcoin can give to their people like transferring money with fewer fees unlike in the bank.

I believe that bitcoin should be allowed in all countries, but to control the conduct of the ICO. Many countries are good at crypto currency, but due to the fact that there is no control over the collection of funds, scammers benefit.

Regulate the amount that the higher class people may gain because it would be unfair if they can have the same opportunities that the poor people may have because they now have a lotof money and it is an abuse if they will gain even more. Limit their earnings because it will be an abuse to everyone.

That's right, this is happening in Uncle Sam's country, bitcoin prices fell a few percents by the time the US government announced for bitcoin users to be taxed, the investors sold the bitcoin he had.

But on April 17, 2018, the American government will revoke the use of taxes so now the bitcoin price is rising again, as investors buy back the bitcoin for investment or as a means of payment. This indicates that the use of taxes to bitcoin investors makes them unhappy.

For the government, they really hard get legalized the bitcoin because bitcoin is decentralized, meaning they didn't control the flow of money in their country. But for the people of the country, they want bitcoin because they know that bitcoin is fast generating of money.

While some countries have explicitly allowed its use and trade, others have banned or restricted it. Likewise, various government agencies, departments, and courts have classified bitcoins differently.

In the event that bitcoin will be sanctioned, duty will put on impact since the administration needs to get cash from the general population then every specific exchange will have an expense now. In spite of the fact that that will make the rich individuals more rich since they've discovered another approach to gain cash, the lower class individuals would now be able to coordinate with the general population in the working class. Neediness will be gone, yet despite everything they have to locate a steady occupation for them to acquire wage.

A lot of countries have different type of point of view to bitcoin because they think that bitcoin might be just a tool that is suited for the criminals because it is anonymous and they can use it to do illegal stuffs because they will become untraceable but for some countries or government it is a good idea because it is a great tool for doing payments since it is fast and cheap because you don't need to wait and pay extra hundred bucks to just send huge amount of money.

Legalized means that a regulation must be made. How proper regulation for a decentralized currency system is even contrary to a regulation and legalization. The freedom of transactions of bitcoin users will be disturbed by the legalization of a government especially if the legalization is included with the obligation to pay taxes for bitcoin holders. I agree if the tax applied to crypto but the tax should be addressed to people who are business actors with bitcoin payments so as not to affect the bitcoin holder.

the legalization of the bitcoin is very good for the bitcoin, it is very good if it is legal in our country so that we can make trade and make investment in it. if bitcoin became the legal currency it will brought a high change in world which will affect the people of the country.

The legalization of bitcoin is not only good for the survival of bitcoin but also for the state which is there for making bitcoin legal because we all know that if people will start investing into bitcoin and earn large profits, this is ultimately going to make the economy of country stable.
This is the only reason all sagacious and wise countries have already declared bitcoin legal in their states for the welfare of their public.
Bitcoin is like other currencies but only online, and you should take care of taxes and other stuff when getting the cash from bitcoin.

I think that you are wrong, because in this situation it will be like itself, as in the real world, when the oligarchs avoid taxation, And all the taxes are paid by the common people.

Bitcoin should be legalize on different country because it helps different peoples lives to improve and some of the people who are not earning very well in their life are having a chance to change their future so i hope that cryptocurrency should be legalize on different countries.
