Good news for new miners:

For simple install Yenten core - Archive blockchain (backup - every night),
download - http://yenten-pool.ml/blocks_yenten_last.zip (tested on windows 7 and windows 8 )

------------------------------------------------------

CPU-POOL - pool for mining on cpu coins

http://cpu-pool.com/ - convenient, without registration, for weak and powerful processors, adaptive complexity of hashes (diff 0.1-0.5)

A convenient comparison of the profit at 1000 h/s - in dollars per day.

Sample command for mining Yenten:

Code:
cpuminer -a yescryptr16 -o stratum+tcp://cpu-pool.com:63368 -u WALLET_ADDRESS

Where to get the wallet?

Download the wallet Yenten by the address - https://github.com/conan-equal-newone/yenten/releases

What program do you mine?

1) For windows, download the cpu miner archive - https://github.com/JayDDee/cpuminer-opt/releases and unpack

2) For a file cpuminer-aes-sse42.exe create a bat file with the following content and run it:

Code:
cpuminer-aes-sse42.exe -a yescryptr16 -o stratum+tcp://cpu-pool.com:63368 -u WALLET_ADDRESS
pause

I do not think that he will return to work, and we will see new posts.  Roll Eyes

Man, I've been out of the loop for a while. Is yespower a cpu only algo? What other coins are using it? I know I should do my own reasearch but I'm a lazy boy.

We can officially say that Yenten is a dead coin...
- The developer as abandoned the project
- Miners leaving massively
- Exchanges on the way to delist YTN (Wallet is not update, and withdraw impossible)
- All socials media (discord, telegram, Twitter) dead silent

the child (Yenten) has a super community.

The child (Yenten) need caring and parenting, because he's (Yenten) too young.
It's the only way to make it grow as an adult.
Otherwise The child (Yenten) will be reject, and become homeless (without exchanges).
That what we want ?
No!
So we ask for the father to take he's responsibility, because when you make a child, you do whatever it take to make them happy.
Look at this young children Cryply, he's biologic father abandoned him, but new step father take over, and now he's very happy.
He's new dad improve him, make him better, stronger, give him hope for the future.
Why Yenten can't have loving parent ?
The child (Yenten) just want to be normal and accepted...

and solo mine...

I tried solo-mining above with my modified yespowered miner (based on WO(one of Koto-dev)'s yespowered miner for Koto),
and found that my modification was not enough...
I've fixed the problem in my miner around --coinbase-addr option, and also applied bubasik's code for block version treatment.
Many thanks to bubasik!!

My modified miner supports both yescript and yespower-0.5 for {BitZeny, Koto, Yenten, JagaraiCoinR, Wavi}, and yespower for Cryply:
http://www.oohashi.jp/c-board/c-board.cgi?cmd=one;no=5600;id=

And 1 Yenten block was successfully solo-mined today:

what kind of nonsense, look at the market in general, can you say that he is dead? I do not think, although it looks sad. yenten is all right, a great future ahead.

"Yenten is all right, a great future ahead" ... Really...So delusional !
Look at the price from 1,33 $ to 0,0037 $ and barely no daily transactions, Yenten is on the way to get desliste from exchanges.
How can you said 'Yenten is all right" when miners leaving, and when the Yenten algo is outdated...
And where is your "Great future" without developer ?
I stop mined fews months ago, and sold all of my Yenten, and when i see where is going, i have no regret.

it sounds like you sold to buy lower Grin
i want to buy too
also thanks for lowering difficulty Grin

I sold and spread to different projects.
Now my first criteria before invest in projects is to have solid dev, or team of dev, available and updating often with news or improvement.
When i start invested in Yenten i was very new to crypto, and got caught by the meme hype.
Now i know that without developers behind a coin, it's 100 % sure to become a dead coin and there is a lots of similar cases, when dev leave or abandon the coin they created.
