nobody said you have to only choose one of them! you can choose 2 or even all to invest in and then some more altcoins too. as an investment everyone knows that bitcoin is king and should be in your list of investments. and these other altcoins, no matter their names, are sometimes with good short term potential for a lot of profit. so investing in them can also be temporarily a good idea. for example BCH is now being pumped. BTG might get pumped in a month or two, and so on. |

Support the originator of all cryptocurrencies. Support bitcoins instead of their forks. It's a good entry point to invest to because bitcoins have been in the internet for quite some time now and investing in such a well known coin will go a long way since many investors support bitcoins.

All those forks are altcoins and nothing compared to bitcoin. This question shouldn't have been asked in the first place because when you go to buy a Samsung or apple iPhone you don't ask whether you should buy the one from California or the one from the Chinese market. Bitcoin is the original and all the others are forkers. |

You have answered your own question, because you said that bitcoin is the future. Then why look for others? There is no doubt in my mind that bitcoin is much better or way better than anyone in the market, and its really good if you are going to hold on it for the long haul. Right now the price is picking up above $6100-$6200 and a bullish person will say that it go up as high as $7000 specially before the segwit2x fork. There's nothing wrong with forks, its just a way to improved the system I guess. |

The Altcoins that have come out today because of Hard fork are just one of the added coins in the market. It's made to back up bitcoins but rather than reduce the price of bitcoins. That's why people are still picking up the original because it's definitely Not worth losing because it's still rising. |

Well as you have said, Bitcoin is already the currency of the future. There may be lots of forks coming but no coins can replace bitcon. Simply because it was the first coin ever and before any coins have been created it was already adapted and demand was directly into bitcoin.
That is why even though there are new coins, there nothing that new coins can do to be as widely used as bitcoin. That is why it is more trusted.

Forget about those coins that are product of hard fork. Bitcoin is the top of them all and the cryptocurrencies heart is bitcoin. And with those upcoming hard forks, next will be bitcoin silver and so on these crazy hard forks does really make the price of bitcoin higher because everyone will remain to be on this coin. There might be miners on bitcoin cash today because of it's low difficulty but later on they'll be back in bitcoin. |

Either there are many forks that were been invented and develop I still believe the superiority of bitcoin because it was the original and was the mother of all is fork. I would probably support and I would probably chose bitcoin rather than forks because i am comfortable in dealing with it. And I am comfortable in bitcoin also because of many investors it has. |

People would go choose bitcoin rather than forks because it's value and potential were already been proven. And if I would be given a choices between a original and the imitated well I probably choose of the origin. So ill go choose also bitcoin rather than fork. I really glanced with Bitcoin, because BTC is the most well used. Yes BTC is the most well used already and already tested by many traders. You can either choose 2 or more than kind of coins your going to invest but don't ever forget to have your own kind of bitcoin investments. Bitcoin is the origin of these forks that were introduced recently. And since bitcoin is already tested why you hesitate to have yours too, although there's nothing wrong to try some new. |

As disagreeing parties leave Bitcoin and hardfork away, it only makes Bitcoin stronger and more focused on what on what we as a community wants to achieve. Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold don't seem to have long term support and will fizzle out.

The real bitcoin currently is the one with BTC as ticker, those forks are just wanna be. Though a new wave is coming to cryptocurrency with this coming fork. This will be the real split just like that of ethereum. We will now have bitcoin classic and Segwit2x. Who knows which will dominate. For now the king is BTC.

No way that is even on the option BitcoinCash, BitcoinGold and all forks coins in the future are nothing comparable to Bitcoin. So don’t make yourself confused of this copycat coins that the only purpose on they’re creations is to replace/destroy bitcoin that is so impossible be happening. I will guarantee that all of bitcoinfork coins we all have are free coins and that is the only reason they should be remembered. A dumped token. |
