BTC was around $300 3 years ago. Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years and enjoy the amazing profit in this period  I think there will be many people interested in investing in bitcoin and intend to continue to hold bitcoin because long-term investments will be more profitable. Of course long term investments are indeed very profitable other than that the investment is fairly easy and should not be concerned with an unstable price every day,just by buying and storing for a long as he wants a relative keeps him from getting a 100% profit from bitcoin. |

Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years and enjoy the amazing profit in this period well in that case we are expecting a billion people who are already hold bitcoin for that years around and i am one of them of course,and i know that someday or that year i will be an instant millionaire,so be aware of everything never stop doing and earning of bitcoin for your own good. |

Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years and enjoy the amazing profit in this period The thing is there would be a few people who can hold bitcoins for purely 3 years because there are people that rely on bitcoins and do not have another source of income so how possible that they will just hold bitcoins and not sell it if that is their only way to gain money so they are absolutely gonna sell their bitcoins or spend it in order to live and buy things that they need. So the people that can hold bitcoins for 3 years straight is those whom have another source of income |

Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years and enjoy the amazing profit in this period I've seen many people in this month were sold their bitcoins due to market crash. but i still believe there still much people are holding bitcoin for 3 years. Oh they have made a mistake I am sure. Now, as the prices are getting out of that circle of downfall, what they are doing. They must not know what are the edges and profits that can be made with bitcoins with holding their coins. But I think this is only due to lack of suitable knowledge that what to do and when to do. Better is to learn properly before getting into practical field. yes, the people who sell their coins when the price goes down is the biggest mistake, because you will not benefit from the market being crash. you better hold your coins at least until the market stabilizes again. It depends upon how much understanding one has regarding bitcoin. These investors who buy bitcoin by excitement are more vulnerable to such mistakes. In order to get profit form the bitcoin or any sort of investment, one must develop a deep knowledge of it first. Digital market is a fluctuating one and bitcoin is the most volatile crypto coin. Holding is essential for becoming rich with the help of crypto currencies. |

Why not so many people are holding bitcoin for more then three years now, because this people have taken they time to study and identify the potential of bitcoin and nothing can distract them from that and they hold they bitcoin no matter what the price may be.

All the time when you get to bitcoin try to get involved as the long time investment because price of bitcoin will increase after a few years and it will be the time of celebration because as much as the time passing the trust of people for bitcoin is developing and they are investing in bitcoin and this is increasing the price of bitcoin amazingly, if they will hold this bitcoin then I think it will increase the number of millionaires in my country and I will be one of them as I have planned to hold my bitcoin for long time and this time should be more than three years maximum. |

I am now running on my 4th year of btc holding that is good for you especially if you can buy bitcoin at a really low price in 4 years ago and now you can see that your money will triple for the amount and I guess that you have much of bitcoin right now. and you can get your money back and you don't need to sell a big amount of bitcoin so you can still make a big profit from bitcoin. once again, congratulations to you sir. |

Maybe just the little people can hold their bitcoin more than 3 years and the have patient so hard about the emotional, we know how hard to keep and hold our bitcoin about 3 years and we can see the bitcoin value last several years where can touch the $14,000 price, so all of people wanna sell their bitcoin.I am the part of the people can’t hold the bitcoin for 3 years and it so hard to do,

Coming up to my fifth anniversary soon. When I piled in my plan was always to do nothing until 2020, though I've spend more than was advisable perhaps. That plan is still in place. That will be the year when the stars align.

What you say I think few people can do. Because their psychological simplicity will sell as soon as the exchange rate increases, few people can hold more than one year when investing in any crypto. So usually if people hold more than 3 years, then the high possibility is that they forget that they used to buy BTC )) |

Well, i don't know about the others but i am holding my bitcoins for more than 3 years and i am not bothering about the present situation of the market, people should understand there is always room for growth in terms of price gist be patient.

A certain belief in your investment or the one you invested in make yourself think and action to hodl more what are you holding right now. Bitcoins and other top altcoins is very much worth it to leave in time. The present there are many people who are selling their bitcoin rather than to hold it because they are not knowledgeable in bitcoin but soon enough they will tend to hold after they realize its consequences. |

There are plenty of them in here who invested bitcoin when the price was low like $300 or $1000 or even higher prices. Some are doing day trading to make more bitcoin and to continue holding it because bitcoin is still young and had much more to improve this alternative and decentralized way of payment and asset has a bright future ahead. That's why i think people will hodl for years to come.
Holding for such a long amount of time is harder than we think, while there are many users in the forum which have held for a longer amount of time than that, I'm sure that a majority of the users in the forum probably have held for a year or even less and when we take a look at the current price of bitcoin holding is even harder because the price is going down, so I think that those that are able to hold despite the difficult market in which we are now are going to be the ones that will be able to hold for three years or more. |

Three years ago it was maybe easier for people to hold their bitcoins! Because they could by some and forget it. Now you see everyday fud news from mainstream media. Everybody knows about bitcoin. And if you buyed some one and tell your friends, everyday when you will see them they will aks you about it. So these factors makes it lot harder to hold bitcoin from nowadays for the future. To much fud around who scares the people to hold!
