Does Bitcoin work for online shopping?

I could notice one company accepting that is Microsoft we can buy content with bitcoin on xbox and windows store.
How ever we have a chance to choose by converting our digital currency bitcoin into fiat we can just simply turn into cash and use our bitcoin.
If we need such acceptance from the retailers to accept bitcoin they even think about some profit from their business dealers then we can expect even us to shop with bitcoin online. But the retailers expectations need to be satisfied from their banks.

I think there is no problem in applying the tracking number of the package with bitcoin payment included, i dont see any difference between paying for the service with BTC and  regular fiat.
Im almost sure that in the most ways bitcoin is way more comfortable to use for paying for some service or item online, of course if you own any already. All you do is just a transfer that get up in maximum 20 minutes if the fee is correct, and your item can be send or given up online to you. No needs for bank transfers, paypals and stuff like that.

that's a very good question, if I think it's really very good if it really works honestly and does not harm the consumer, but maybe it could be your return of bitcoin in return dollar currency if bitcoin value increases price.

I think any business  and shops that is internet based will work well with bitcoins. It would give their customers additional freedom in their option for mode of payments and at the same time provide a secure and fast way to transfer money. Also they can take advantage of the privacy in using bitcoins to offer their customers a discreet way of shopping.

In future I think so, I mean why not it's a digital asset? However, there's a major issue in that people would need a bitcoin balance, or if not would need to transfer the funds - at the moment the wait and the transaction fee would both be major issues for ecommerce - even the slightest delay in loading a web page can impact conversion and purchase...at the moment, it's maybe a nice add on...but it's nowhere near as effective as FIAT payment methods

It is working very well. There is now a growing number of online stores and other online shopping sites that are accepting Bitcoins. I haven't tried them yet though. The good thing about Bitcoin payment is that each and every transaction is fully transparent and can be seen on the blockchain. The seller as well as the buyer can access the transaction whether it is already confirmed or not. Another good thing is that the transaction is peer to peer, unlike the normal transactions with banks. With Bitcoins, you can easily ask the seller of a Bitcoin back agreement if you do not like the item shipped to you.

Well not all online stores is accepting bitcoin as an payment option but there are a lot of online stores now that is accepting bitcoin as an payment option and there numbers is increasing.

yes there are some online stores receive bitcoin as its payment media. Although not all stores where we shop receive bitcoin as a means of payment of our groceries

It's working, you can even look for interesting goods out there on the goods section of this forum and when you transact just look for someone that's willing to escrow your transaction to the buyer. I did shopped many times for buying digital goods outside the forum and it really feels great to it again from time to time. A peer to peer transaction if there are stores out there that has your interesting desired item, ask them if they accept bitcoin.

Yes it is workig.Bitcoin is Very good online payment system.But there are many online shop don't accept bitcoin.But some online shops accept bitcoin.Some time I use bitcoin for online payment.

Yes bitcoin really works for online shopping. Some of the member in this forum already stated that they were able make some transactions like shopping in online gaming and others using bitcoin. We have also this option of converting digital currency into fiat so that we can use the money to pay our bills.

but i think bitcoin is not just work or only be used in online shop, because I see there are many physical stores in my countries that receive bitcoin payments directly, so it proves that bitcoin not only can be used in online shop, but can be used for buying things in a physical store,,

If you haven't received the item, you can call eBay or Amazon and, basically, what happens is that if they have a tracking number that shows that the item has been delivered, then it is ok, otherwise eBay or Amazon reverses the transaction and you get your money back.
Is that possible with bitcoin? What if I buy a boat online for 2 bitcoins and I never receive it? Is bitcoin able to solve this problem?

If you use pages to be the intermediate throw the shop, i don't think so. Like there is no legal frame to the use of cryptocurrency this kind of transactions are very very delicate, and more in this type of cases. I recommend you to only pay with crypto when these can of situations can be solved throw terms. Meanwhile invest on crypto in reliable projects, is one of the best uses you can give it. I think bitcoin cannot be used directly in shopping online you need to convert it first to its current value(dollar or other currency).
there are online shopping sites that accepts payments with digital wallet that has bitcoin exchange like coins.ph

First you need to see where you are shopping really. I mean you yourself stated that in case of amazon or eBay they will solve the problem on their end. Well, in this case what they are actually doing is, they are holding the payment in their account before they can pay to the seller. This way they make it sure that they don’t provide the fraud services. I mean if seller don’t sell the item then simply the money will be returned to you which they are holding for you.

I dont know i dont yet try it but i heard in someone that thay can use bitcoin in some online transacation but right now it cannot still use in online shopping. But if ever its happen many user of bitcoin will be glad because a lotmof them are mostly buy in online shopping.
