TOP ICO in November:

1. UNIVERSA
2. WAX
3. MICROMONEY

TOP ICO in November:

1. Qchain
2. Wax
3. Bonpay

the unconditional leader of Qchain, by the way today they will have a conference, I think after it they will attract the largest investors
It's nice to see that all three projects were assembled as a softcap, so approach the hardcap.

I’m not touching any more big ICOs.  Best case scenario you get a few times your investment and worst case you don’t even get a product delivered because there are too many hands in the pot and all that money creates a lot of problems.  I think a small market cap and small but solid team with a good realistic idea is the way to go.

It's strange, I wanted to find their topic, but there's a feeling that it's not there. Mentions are and the announcement  is not.

Why is everyone so skeptical about the Russian software developers? Yes, there have been cases of Scam. However, they were the representatives of other countries. In Russia a lot of talented and smart people and many projects deserve attention.
