What are some of the reasons you've heard from people as to why they're afraid of cryptos?
People get scared of using cryptocurrency because of its unstable currency because some people don't want to risk their money. But i think sooner or later if they really saw what crypto can do and its potentials, I think they will join us as well to earn in this kind of currency. |

They are afraid on what cryptos really are.On how to deal with it.Second are they gonna be scammed.Then the value of it that some are not stable enough.

Because to understand all this shit you need be smart enough and spend a lot of time to learned bases. Remember how it was when Internet comes, and even now we have ppl that don't like and understand Internet.
I hope with technology that not require programming or special skills crypto world become more popular than now. And i hope that Confideal also help with this problem. It provide a opportunity to create smart contracts that based on blockchain to ppl without coding skills. I think it is great

When they hear that you can make *2 during one week while they win 0,75% in one year, they think that's too beautiful and it's ponzi.
Moreover, it's too technical and hard for her to buy btc

Because all of those people who are creating fake fud about bitcoin are those who dont even know how bitcoin works, or they just heard about it on the tv or maybe in the radio, and that is why they are creating false spectatives about bitcoin and making people feel scared about investing in bitcoin.
I think that the volatility is one of the most scary things on this new form of money, and this is why they are so afraid to lose their money on here.

The some of reasons I've heard from people as to why I afraid of cryptos because their are not real and scam. They ate afraid to use crypto because we all know that almost crypto gave a dirty money that we make fools so that we dont have a good investment if we stay in a crypto. More people also posted like as criminals because they want to know the address or wallet of our money. We have to know that our money got lost if we making it with crypto.

Basically not tech savy enough. They do not understand the concept of different crypto yet. And probably not that mainstream yet, so they think it's "unsafe".

Without a doubt, the main fear that I have heard is that all this is only a hoax, and that sooner or later the bubble ends up bursting, leading to the bankruptcy of the unwary who invested in this. Others are afraid of volatility, and some of the fact that they are linked to some crime by engaging in some business that the authorities might consider illegal.

mostly they dont believe crypto will success they are not open minded. they think crypto will soon be over cause some opinion that unsupport cryptocurrency. they seems to be easy to believe bad news about crypto that unsupport crypto rather than supporting statement that crypto will survive and become the future of payment or even become the revolution of market share for all business. |

Actually the most people scares about cryptocurrencies is to get scam and not real. Yes exactly, they don't believe about it that it's a kind of joke. Thus, most are taken for granted to join in and to have the opportunity to earn money online. |

I don't think that people have much fear with the Cryptocurrency much because only those people are afraid much who know how the market can go to dead for a coin and those people have not much fear or we can say they have no fear who don't know much about cryptocurrency Because they are not facing any problem in Thier life of money with cryptocurrency. So here totally a matter of understanding and knowledge . Here I myself have fear with the altcoins specially but still making investment with my own stretagy and making lots of profit . So just it is knowledge only , and if this knowledge people will not have then they will loss Thier money . |

Maybe yes other dont know about cryptos if the will read and think and joined it surely they will understand what cryptos but for me im afraid that one they someone will hack and get all i have collected cryptos. So better secure everything.. xD |

And for me, the thing that scares me most is one day that they made it illegal to hold cryptos here in my country. |

I think the most thing many people scare of cryptocurrency is not stable. Although increasing can help them earn profit, if decreasing will make them lose all money.

I have heard someone said bitcoin is a funny money that you can not touch but is in the air! His perception of cryptocurrency is twisted. The fellow believes there is nothing real about it sincw he can not touch it.

I think the thing that "scares" most "cryptonians" the most is that some ICO's are volatile.
That's why good research is needed to make a good investment.

What they are afraid of cryptos maybe they don't have enough knowledge how cryptocurrency is,Cryptocurrency is like our local currencies but not authorized by the government,and it's not stable yet but still,millions of people use it for online shopping and sending/recieving money to others even one of popular cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) launches his ATM in the USA.

I think it's mostly the volatility that scares investors. The information/technical skill required to start up scares users. That and the fact that many noobs lose access to wallets by accident and just lose coins. I guess you could say that you can lose cash, as well, but cash doesn't have the threat of getting hacked. Again, I guess cash can get stolen, too, but people fear the unknown. If you don't understand how something was hacked, it's scarier than getting mugged because at least they know how to learn from that experience.
