I think that is not possible. Gambling had been part of every countries culture and life. Ever since people started using money, or started trading, people started gambling. Gambling can really be addictive, that is why if you want start gambling, make sure that you can handle it, or else you can end up being addicted to it.

for me gambling is a good way of entertainment but lots of people miss you sing and miss understanding this gambling because I don't have the exact knowledge for this if you could be a good Gambler you will definitely not escape from this field whenever you are getting a loss.

Ending gambling is almost impossible at the public level. At some places, it is considered as a human right and cannot be banned.
At an individual level, it is almost possible to quit gambling at some level but it varies from individual to individual and once you are in habit of gambling it is not easy to quit.

Government allowed gambling and collect sin taxes, as they knew that whatever they do the gamblers will find ways to keep continuing this illegal act,
same alike with drugs, it's been a long journey fighting this illegal activities but still existing, so instead of keep trying to abolish gambling they give
approval for some businesses to facilitate so they will be able to collect money out from sin taxes.

Billionaires own big casinos, and I think they will not let their business be bankrupt just because of the government. Gambling should end first on ourselves because if there is no gambler at all then no casinos will succeed. It also depends on what kind of shutting down they are going to implement, if they will enforce entering homes too you can't do something with that because it's part of their implementation. But anyway, I'm not thinking about this since my country is good with gambling.

Gambling can't be put to an end because you can't force casino owners to close down. However, you can stop this kind of addiction by asking for help irl or by restricting yourself from doing such activity.

People who borrow money from gambling expect to win big or get back their losses because of this the addiction could start to get worse.

I agree, we cant stop it, if there are other people operating gambling or there business related to gambling activities. But the best you can do is just control and make it just only a pastime or if you have enough money to gamble so that you will not get addicted.

All of you are right. We cannot stop gambling no matter how hard we try, but every people can prevent them from avoiding gambling and don't come to gambling places. But gambling games offer big money to win and they always attract new people to come and play games in those places. That makes new people feel to have fun and enjoy their time, and many of them forget how long they already stay in gambling places.

That is the reason why gambling is hard to end because it always attracts more and more people to come with offering a big welcome bonus to the new people so they can join without deposit their money in the early time. Gambling is already a culture, there are big companies still working with it so I think it will last for forever because the government can't totally ban it since many businesses are connected with the government. They are earning a lot for sure that's why it should go for more years.

@op what  you are reffing to a gambling addict and not to the gambling itself but your title is a bit misleading  . your title is too general  . gambling business wont end but a gambler user or a gambling addict can end his session or he can quit if wants to and with the help of others .
