Tokenization of a real-world hardware project

Our goal is to use ICO to finance a real-world business development projects. We want to:
1. Tokenize production of our mining hardware;
2. Use funds we attract through ICO to expand to other microelectronics markets;
3. Come up with a working scenario how to bring blockchain in other real-world economy projects.

Esonics has a great potential to scale and become a world-renowned brand, so we chose it as a pilot project for implementing our scenario. For that, we developed a token that has two important characteristics:

• It is backed up with real-world assets and can grow fast in order to be attractive to the blockchain investors;
• It works as a convenient tool for investment in the real economy through blockchain coins.

Who and how can benefit from our token?

In our model for token exchange, all parts that are involved will benefit from it – Esonics customers, the company itself, and token holders.  

1. Esonics customers benefits

Customers can buy Esonics hardware with a significant discount (30%) if they first buy our tokens and then exchange them to the products.

They can also buy tokens in advance, knowing that they will need to buy equipment later, and benefit from token price growth too, getting equipment at even lower price in the end.

2. Token investors benefits

Esonics token price will be growing due to constantly increasing company sales. Also, since we will be emitting our tokens in doses and only when the token price is doubled, we’ll have just enough tokens on the market to satisfy existing demand.

Esonics has a potential to scale rapidly both production and sales, therefore the demand for our token will grow too.

In our prognoses, Esonics sales will grow by 4-8 times during a year (depending on the amount of funds raised for ICO). So, the token holders profit can also grow respectively.

3. Company benefits

With token price growth, Esonics gets an opportunity to use its profit to re-finance its production and scale the company, and do that repeatedly. Token price doesn’t really affect the customers – no matter how much one token costs, it still provides a 30% discount when is exchanged for company’s products.


Our main goal for this ICO is to raise funds to scale our production, which will provide a base for Esonics token price growth, because is tight to our sales.

To ensure a steady token price growth, we need to constantly expand our production and grow our sales for a significant time. Therefore, we will use funds acquired in ICO to expand existing production, launch a new product line and build a global sales network, create a service infrastructure, and expand the R&D department.


Our idea:

First, we chose a project from the real economy that has a high-margin with the ability to scale production rapidly.

Second, we tied the Esonics token to our sales and production volumes, which will ensure its price growth due to the company scale. Esonics token will be competitive on the crypto exchange platforms because it can grow at a rate comparable to traditional blockchain projects.

Third, we included token in our company business processes (the token is a tool of the "loyalty program").

Finally, we have developed a unique approach for financing a real-world economy production through ensuring the growth of its tokens: scaling a business makes our token price grow, which mean we can raise more funds to scale our business faster.

This ICO is a pilot in real-world businesses tokenization, designed to proof effectiveness of such approach and to showcase a successful scenario of token usage in hardware production.


From miners to miners

We started with mining equipment production. Our developers mine crypto currencies themselves; therefore they know in details all the weaknesses of existing equipment you can buy on market. The hardware we produce is aimed to make miner’s activities easier and help them save time and money.

For now, our products serve not only miners. It turned out that monitor emulators, watchdogs and power suppliers are at a great demand in other market segments.

Short-term plans

We are plaining to fully master the niche of mining equipment. We have already developed and launched most of basic components for mining farms: power supplies are already on sale; video cards and motherboards are ready to be launched in mass production.

1. Expand existing production. We are plaining to scale our production several times.

4. Build a new product line of computer systems components for consumer market. There aresignificant amount of users needed in self-assembled home computers, fans of large-scale computer games looking for powerful video cards, etc.

5. Transform Esonics into a world recognized brand. We are going to expand geography presence and build a service centers chain.

Strategic plans

We want to extand blockchain instruments into the real economy world, in order to make it more transparent, digitized, understanding smart contracts, less bureaucratic and hierarchically aligned.

Since we specialize in the hardware for computer systems management, we monitor the development of robotics and its integration with the blockchain. We have already signed an agreement on strategic partnership with AIRA project that is engaged in the blockade technologies implementation in robotics.

The real economy integration into the blockchain "decentralized world" will become easier if real economy oriented projects become available.

Esonics is a pioneer in this area. In Esonics, we are trying to develop a system that allows us to success in the real-world economy, while bringing income to the holders of its tokens.

Token as an instrument of 'loyalty program'

We developed a simple but effective system that makes our tokens popular among customers. Exchanging our products for tokens will be significantly more profitable than buying it for fiat money.

One of key functions of our token is  a loyalty program tool. For their loyalty, we give our customers came through the blockchain a 30% discount.
