My criteria #1 for purchasing tokens is that the project should have a live product. I will not give my money to some guys with "extra" idea, fancy website and whitepaper.
Before ask people to invest in you, show them what you can do WITHOUT money.

For December, I think the good ICO for that month is Nousplatform. I think that will become a big hit once the ICO started. And then I would also be following the marketing and the team of Spectre. This is another big project that would provide a financial trading platform that will not be in anyway accommodating to brokers. yeah agree, many people say that spectre.ai is an ICO that has great potential. a great community, a solid team of developers, new model in bounty (payment per post), this is evident in the pre-sale that is still ongoing has raised $5M+
