after that alt coins will regain their values and ICO will also gain value.

You will see after a few months if it was a right time to invest in ICOs. Opinions are divided a lot of people are scared of ICOs mainly because of some infromations about scam. But to be honest i think that not every ICO is scam, for sure you will find some but not every in generall. The fundamentals are great research(for your own), people's recomendation, dvelopers and usage of project.

If you had found an ICO which is not a scam or just a failed coin then it is a great time to invest as due to the hardfork bitcoins prices are increasing which would cause ICOs market to mostly fall and then you can buy that ICO.But it is really hard to find the good or even a decent ICO and most likely you would lose money while investing in ICOs if you are not carefully enough.

ICO's are still standing strong amidst the hype AND government regulation frenzy.
I would go with cybermiles imo. Strong partnership with 5miles (12 million users) and fantastic idea that applies to everyone as a consumer.

I don't think it's the right time to invest in ICO.
A bitcoin fork is coming which will likely increase the price of bitcoin.
ICO are banned in many countries until they find a way to regulate it.

Im also hearing that upcoming fork is a reason for reduced interest in ICOs. Are other people having similar impression?

If you believe those projects, then do your own job of researching every detail. In the end it's your decision and it's your money, if you think those projects are good -- invest but don't blame others if something happened to your money.

I trust UTRUST but not Confideal. UTRUST is one of the brilliant ICOs that we will see this November. It is a paypal-like project. The difference, a really big and revolutionary difference, is that UTRUST will be accepting cryptos. This is going to be a big success. Some ICO ratings included UTRUST among their top 3 ICOs this November. The ICO will be starting today. We will see how they bring out the best in them in terms of token sale.

Yes, they already started and I plan to join very soon. Confideal impressed me because they already has demo version of their platform and will based on two blockchain platforms.

Some projects worth contributing, so you can invest in ICOs, but pay attention to the idea, aims, team members of them. A lot of ICOs ask for Bitcoin and Eth to invest in. These coins raise so quickly, so some days latter owners can even double the profit that makes it difficult to make the tokens price valuable and return us out investments.

problem with ICOs is that you have no right you have nothing just hope that developers wil be fair for people.
Many developes don't give a fuck to inwestors afer ICO they got like 30m$ of USD and no update for month at all.
To many of that ICOs will rip of casual people from its hard earned money.

Make invest in ICO now little bit hard because to choose the best one is more difficult because any hundred of ICO in the same month. But with extra time to analysis ICO, we will find the good one. By look for some review in this forum, learn aim of the project in the white paper, know personality of the team,  and looking for other review in some youtube chanell will help us to find good ICO. So anytime is right time to invest in ICO if we found good project.
