Your question is actually a matter of perception. First, we must consider on how the government classify bitcoin in the economy, will they accept the entire bitcoin operation classified as a normal job? Due to that, some people wont be accepted by those institutions who had high requirements or sometimes they will not apply anymore given the fact that they don't meet the said requirements. My point, to start with, is that Bitcoin is never really a way out of poverty or unemployment. You cannot start from zero and get rich because of Bitcoin.
