I transferred 10 BP from my desktop wallet to my Bitpaycoin.co wallet and I can see the transaction in the block explorer but do not see the coins in the web wallet. The transaction has already received 16 confirmations as of posting this. Where did the coins go?

Edit: I see its just not me alone whose payment is missing in the web wallet when transferred from desktop wallet. Is this a Scam?

The bitpaycoin address in the back office can transfer coin to each other. However, the back office cannot have received coin from the wallet yet, so do not transfer coin from the cold wallet to the back office wallet address.

In other words, there is no way to use this coin at the moment.

The transactions from desktop wallet do not reach the web wallet. The site also says that. So the bitpaycoin exchange cannot be used.
Its a fake wallet, so the exchange could also be the same.
