Dude you should not altcoins. They have their own purposes, of course we all do love bitcoins because of many different factors like being a good for of investment and it is like money for most of us. However, altcoins can be good for doing day trading like ETH and others. If I were you, learn how to trade altcoins as well so that you can at least appreciate them and make good money out of it. Just remember that bitcoin is for long term investment and altcoins for short term and simply pump and dump coins.

As in investment perspective, Bitcoin is good for long term HODL, and altcoins are good for short term and day trading. If you are smart enough and did your research right, you can earn huge amount by trading altcoins. A good example is WTC. It mooned from around 1$ to 6$ in just within a day. That is 600% profit in just one day

I think you have experienced a bad thing when investing your money to buy Altcoin. I think you are losing some trust for having a loss. it is a natural thing that you should look at is how you choose the right altcoin. at this time a lot of altcoin in circulation and many altcoin that have a bad reputation. an altcoin dev usually does the pumping and just disappears. choose altcoin that has the prospect and the way is to do the analysis and the right research in choosing altcoin.

Actually, your opinion does not matter neither is you feelings matter. Everybody have the freedom to go for what you believe in and if you are saying hate ETH, then its all good a lot of other people love ETH not because of its price but because of the appreciation of the amount of hard work in inventing some as that and the same thing goes for bitcoin as well and all other worthy coins that have made the crypto industry an interesting one.

Definitely bitcoin is well loved because its the #1 crypto for making money. However, you can't call yourself a crypto enthusiast or crypto trader if you haven't owned a least an altcoin like ETH in your lifeltime.

Just like the others have said, bitcoin for long term holding, while altcoin for short term because you can easily make quick profit of of them if you know how to choose a good altcoin. And also bitcoin has compliment itself. When bitcoin is mooning, altcoin bleeds because they all shift their money to bitcoin. So no need to hate them, they are what they are "alternative" for our beloved bitcoin.

Why do you hate altcoins? I am not into altcoins but I am not also against it or I don't hate it. Altcoins are also a good investment especially for short term investments because there are altcoins such as Etherium and the likes, that has a high rate of increase on its market value, giving the investors profit by holding or trading. So I think there's no reason to hate altcoins just because you are into Bitcoin.

Those people who do hate altcoins are those people who do possibly lose up large sums of money? Am I right? Altcoin isn't really a bad thing because these coins will really extent the possibilities for you to earn more money just like on bitcoin too.It might not be popular the same as bitcoin but yet they are already making some buzz or names like ETH and other who are on the top of marketcap.

It depends. As a trader, you can't hate anything. I see so many people on forums that hate a certain coin because it's pumping and the coin is obviously a scam so it drives them crazy that a "real" coin is not going up. But as a trader, who cares? If it's going to go up in value, then you you put your money in it and ride it until your sell point.

But yes, on a personal level, some of these alt coins are nothing but fake garbage.

But Bitcoin is the only real coin. I invest in others to make money, but I really only believe in Bitcoin and maybe one or two others like Monero.

there is no need to hate them, i agree that ETH and most of the coins that created on it are absolute craps but that never stopped me from earning more bitcoin from them. the bitcoin that i so love

i never invested in alts,

Ehereum and Waves are much easier to handle.
They have lower transaction fees and much faster blocktimes.

Bitcoin is more a vault and speculation object, other coins are more like currencies or better for the special usages they are build for.

Its more the blockhain technology and its possibilites i love.
