I think no one hates altcoin other than you...Do you have bad experience with altcoin?.Actually I also have bad experience but I don't hate that much the ethereum i just hate the scam coins their like shit. Yes, bitcoin was very nice coin especially in investing but if you will try to explore altcoins then you can have a good coins and earn lots of money.

I am much more into alts than in bitcoin. They are far more interesting and in fact Bitcoin is for me an Altcoin just like any other. And BTC is not the first (yes, read it again, it has never been the first nor the only).

Why would we? Because another option that I can see other than Bitcoin was the presence of altcoins because it is also the other source of income we can have because now that Bitcoin was facing a dumping situation, the other crypto we can rely in is with the presence of altcoins. Actually there are lots of potential altcoins out there. You just need to seek them properly because not all wealth must be spoon feed that you can easily get them.

eth and other coins have their own uses that is why they are created. they can coexist with bitcoin and can help each other. the problem with bitcoin today is high fees and slow transaction time while other coins have low transaction fees with fast transaction. so with bitcoin and other coins is a good thing to happen.

Well I don't, actually most of my investments are coming from bitcoins but I am also planning to hold ethereum and I don't think it affects bitcoin's market negatively since competition somehow benefits each cryptocurrencies and I don't think bitcoin will grow buy just being the sole cryptocurrency in the market.

why do you have to hate all altcoins? if altcoins can give you benefit. why you don't try it ? for example like you are investing in ethereum. buy cheap and sell expensive.

Everyone hates it in all the crypto currencies down   but i love them all.  By the way why you hate ETH? as for me eth is the best in terms in transacting, it has low fees and you can change the fee you want.

Not sure if you hate ether or love it but I do love all the altcoins though they make Ponzi's sometimes. Alts are best half of the bitcoin which were created by other enthusiastic people who wanted to represent them. Most of them became successful and doing great along with Ethereum itself. It has given huge platform for the projects to get funded and develope their product and service. I think alts are best too along with the bitcoin.
