Property prices are now at the bottom. It is always in demand asset. It is less risky and therefore less income. But this income is guaranteed.

Nothing is really best it really depends on the individual on what suits him best from risk tolerance and also capital these are some factors that will make an individual decide what is best for him. Risk, obviously Bitcoin has the highest risk among them but it also has the highest reward. For now indeed Bitcoin is the best investment out of all that you said because it give a huge amount of percentage in return of investment in just a short period of time but I don't really sure to when will this be last, Bitcoin's main purpose is to serve as an international online digital currency but it seems that it is like an asset more than a currency for now because it is so regretting to spend a piece of Bitcoin in buying goods and services online if you know to yourself that it will increase in the future as the volatility of it is so high.

As an investment, it's not necessarily better. There are different goals when it comes to investing, such as preserving capital, investing for growth, investing for dividends, and so on. There are also as many different risk profiles as there are investors. So Bitcoin is not "better" than other assets for everyone. It depends on what you want to achieve.

As a tool, the Blockchain would make investing far easier though, due to decreased fees, increased speeds, ease of access and potentially increased liquidity once the blockchain hits the mainstream.

Whether it's real estate or some form of stocks, it cannot give us such an increased growth happening with bitcoin. Also keeping track of bitcoin is simple compared to the stocks, based on which profiting too is highly possible. Bitcoin is not better. Bitcoin now used for the same purpose. But the return on investment in bitcoin is far higher. I think that it will not always. Perhaps in the future these assets will be equal in yield and then will be quite another matter. Now is the primitive accumulation of capital and it can take yield is not subject to any logic.

Bitcoin is still quite new that's why there is too much price volatility and the rate of return has a huge difference when you put your money in stocks or real estate wherein you will get back your capital in a few years while in bitcoin, it may just take months. For now, bitcoin is a better investment because of those reasons but eventually the price of bitcoin would stabilized as more people would get involved with it. I wouldn't say that Bitcoin is better than the old system investment even though so far it has made me a lot of money. Bitcoin is still in an early stage and all the crazy rise are because public starting to adopt Bitcoin. The positive development of Bitcoin, technically and in terms of adoption are the main driving force of the positive price movement. Until Bitcoin reach a stable condition and prove itself against time we can't call it a better investment than conventional investment.

In bitcoin you can see your profit even in just a month because  of its volatility while investing in real estate, it takes years to appreciate with just a little interest while in stocks? You actually didn't have a clue when will you take profit.
We're all talking money here and we all want is to make more profit so I don't see anything why choose real estate versus bitcoin as we knew many are making great money through it.

Everything still balls down to profit and the decisions by each and every one on the risk they are willing to take to get that profit. Every business and investment is all about the profit we want to make.

Even if we still have passion for some things a little bit, it still does not make it different from the fact that the money makes it more interesting. Still, they are all good investments and real estate can really give some good money to, but from my experience, bitcoin can even give much more.

It is probaly how the bitcoin works on the vlaues that may take up to vast mysteries of its limits and the rate is incredibly high and fast pace that no other currency could keep up. But some stock takes forever to grow but has a potential to grow a nearly millions of dollars if you have the right money for it but the risk is high and bitcoin is not.

There are no mysteries in bitcoins. You buy, you hold and hope that the price would increase in the future. And so bitcoin price increase many folds if you have investment this year alone, so its gonna be better than stocks who I think remain stagnant for their year and bitcoin may have something to do with it because for me stock investors are getting into the picture right now. its a new kind of stocks for me but at the same time its a forex. its a combine of stocks which is could be considered as forex (money). its better cause the technology of blockchain make it more transparant and more likely opened to public.

I think its better because bitcoin price is unstable and tends go upwards while in stocks and real state price are based on fiat and some government has a huge tax on real state properties which is not good for small investor.
