Why is bitcoin better than stocks, real-estate?

I believe it depends on what you mean by "better investment".

If it's only based on the amount of money you can make ... cryptos are probably better than the rest since is not rare to make 20%+ ROI on a (very) short period of time.
Another type of "better investment" could be on the very very long run, like family heritage for your kids & co, and in this case real estate is definitely something to check.

Stocks and real estate do not move, even within a year do not get a profit, while bitcoin this year has risen up to 1000% and even more, it is a comparison why bitcoin better than stocks or real estate.

Stocks has reach to a point wherein there is already a stability of the price so it has small movements compared to cryptocurrencies that's why trading it is more advantageous than trading stocks. Cryptocurrency only need small capital to start trading while in stocks you can start small but you will wait for years before you can see a small profit but when you trade cryptocurrencies, you can double your money in a week or a month if you are good in determining what coins has a potential. Due to the volatility, cryptocurrencies are better than stocks and in real estate too.

Bitcoin is a very comfortable and profitable more than stock and real- estate. Time to time the value of the bitcoin is increasing and sometimes decrease. When your analysis the history of the bitcoin value it reaches ten times. It means the movement of the cost is so faster than the stock and real estate. But in the bitcoin, the early investors have a chance to be millionaires.

Bitcoin is a unique type of investment as the price has volatile in nature and people will speculates about it and as a result the price may rise higher. Although it's a high risk but given the knowledge and experience you can gain much profits in bitcoin than those conventional investments.

An investor can purchase duplexes, condos, apartment buildings, or even houses - and that is just the beginning. There are so many ways of investing your money and that investing your money into the crypto currency is not the only option which you had but there is no doubt in this thing that investing your money into the crypto currencies is one of the best possible thing to do and that doing this will help you in making much more money due to significant increase in the market value of the crypto coins.

This is a difficult one, as I am not invested in bitcoin and heavily invested in real estate. Real Estate has some significant advantages. One, it is tangible. You can touch it, paint it, plant trees in it, this makes one less nervous on valuation volitility. Two, people will always need a place to live, Amazon, Google, Apple will not make an alternative to a roof over your head and a place to keep your stuff. Three, you can borrow most of the acquisition. Four, you can depreciate it and chew up some of the earnings. Four, you can cash out refi without cap gains or dilluting your ownership percentage. Five, you can make improvements and raise the rent to force cap appreciation. Six, you can live in it in a pinch.

Downside, and this is why it is a difficult case, you are tied to a local that can have economic trouble, natural disasters, or massive regulatory shifts that can blow you up. Bitcoin seems protected from that.
