Kucoin & Binance are the new Bittrex & Polo ? seems so.

Both Binance and KuCoin are good but KuCoin has some growing to do  I believe KuCoin can be bigger than Binance just because it can cater to US and China.  Unless the regulation is lifted.

This two exchange are popular now some traders from bittrex are they going to transfer to binance and kucoin because they know this two exchange are good to used and all the coins are easy to pump because many traders here are big whales.

Right now the trade volume of this two exchange site are really huge and day by day it became popular exchange site in crypto world so it is possible that it became new bitttex & polo.
The platform and design of this two exchange site are really good it also easy to familiarize the one thing that I like in this exchange site are theres a lot of good token that you trade but like other exchange site theres also a problem that you encounter.

The same thing I felt for years using Bittrex, I did not find any gaffe.

currently I just use Kucoin and binance because have more low fees than Bittrex Polo. and the best is kucoin although kucoin is not as popular as binance.
I'm sure both will be the next of bittrex and polo.

All seems well but from my personal experiences Kucoin exchanges support system is too slow and unresponsive. In their chat system they have got only one person and he is Mr Sandy. I do not know whether he is a live person or an automated ChatBot I had interacted many times with Kucoin chat and every time he only shows up and his responses are just automated and looks as if he is taking random answers from their support database. When support website of Kucoin is contacted even their response also is not satisfactory Also they are not true and abiding to their own statements. For example, let us take one issue, here as follows :

Kucoin has issued statement that they will support all types of forked tokens in their statement as per the following link dated 14 December 2017 :

Now let's take the fork of fifth largest cryptocoin and the famous LTC to LTC Cash hardfork which took place at LTC Block height of 1371111 around 18 February 2018 (See the link : https://www.express.co.uk/finance/city/920027/Litecoin-fork-Litecoin-Cash-hard-fork-crypto-token-spilt-when-will-Litecoin-spilt )

I hold around 9 LTC on Kucoin exchange on that particular date and block height. I am supposed to get approximately 90 LTC Cash as per hard fork policy. But neither we received an announcement when Kucoin is issuing us LTC Cash nor I received the LTC Cash. When enquired with Mr. Sandy over support chat he told he do not have any idea about the hardfork nor he had seen any announcement about it. When I had given the above references to it, it told that he had nothing to do with it and that is under business team purview. When I had insisted that the matter be raised with Business team by quoting above references, there is no response from it.

After that I had sent an email with the same references to support staff they had also claimed there is no such announcement. It is really surprising that a major hardfork of the fifth largest cryptotoken (LTC) had taken place and an esteemed exchange like Kucoin does not have a clue about it and they are trying to shrug off their shoulders.

Again when I had given them their own website announcement regarding the support for all type of forked tokens as per the above links then they said that they will support all types of forked tokens and they will forward the matter to relevant team for further action but after that no response from them

Now my points are :

1. Kucoin had issued statement on their website on 14 December 2017 that they will permanently support all types of forked tokens (Reference : https://news.kucoin.com/en/announcement-regarding-ethereum-fog-and-other-fork-coins/ )

2. The hard fork of LTC to LTC Cash took place at blockheight 1371111. This Kucoin is not aware of and they are keeping silent. Really ridiculous that an esteemed exchange like Kucoin does not know what is going on with the fifth largest LTC crypto and they are contradicting their own statements.

3. Now users like me have parked their LTC in exchange. And as per fork policy we are supposed to get 10 LTC Cash for every i LTC held. If Kucoin do not support LTC Cash hardfork, (if they do not, then they are contradicting their own statement of permanent support to all types of forked tokens. They are making false and misleading statements so that customers will get lured to them) then where those forked tokens go ? Are they in the pockets of Kucoin or with LTC / LTC Cash developers (founders) ? They are supposed to belong to investors since it is their property.

Finally, I request KUcoin to immediately release proportionate LTC cash (ten in number to one LTC held) to all LTC holders in Kucoin exchange at the time of fork (including me , tki_92@hotmail.com), afterall it is their money and not Kucoin's. By doing so they will not contradict their own statement of permanent support to all types of forked tokens.

Yes, I agree with this one.
As you can see in the western part, has many issues in cryptocurrencies and it affects also the exchangers in the West Part, unlike in the eastern part especially in Asia as countries embrace the cryptocurrencies and technology of Blockchain, which Binance and Kucoin came from.

Although - I blame the English language barrier - the responses weren't 100 percent spot on, they came in a couple of hours after creating my tickets & replying to them.

For an exchange with over 2 million members, they do have a good respond-time!

I have traded on Binance, Poloniex, Bleu Trade, Gate-IO, BitFinex, Yobit, Cryptsy, and more .

In eight years of trading I have lost been hacked or stolen from two times once on Poloniex and the other from Kucoin .

Kucoin is by far closer to Cryptsy, comparing yourself to an exchange like Binance is an insult those guys at Binace offered rewards to catch hackers.

I lost 30000 ocn coin on Kucoin never confirmed an email I use twofactor virus protection and keep in mind when you get ready for your FUD comments 8 years and lost only 2 times ?

It is not by chance I have protected myself that long ..

In my opinion your are a Mount Gox in the making and a Cryptsy .

Kucoin could careless I read a post from someone else same thing he gets emails in Japanese and then he loses his money .

Haven't heard the name kucoin till now, looks pretty now but as binance is having good trading volume lately.
I am still using bittrex and hoping they will not just suspend me like they have done to thousands of bittrex accounts.
Polo is still struggling to resolve all support tickets....

I have been a member of this board since 2014 and seldom post I only post when I get robbed I was robbed of my funds on Kucoin and until they contact me back I recommend do not what ever you do put your money in the exchange.


I have been reading various complaints about them and some are very serious .


Some of them are exactly like mine people using all of the safety mechanisms and still getting robbed.

You're right . After trying two exchanges, Binance and Kucoin. Then I think Kucoin is better than Binance. I also spent some money to buy KCS. Hope it will thrive in the future and kucoin will be the biggest exchange in the world

I agree with this Kucoin and Binance really the most popular exchangers right now. With its easy to use platform and APPs mobile that can work well. The support is also fast when you email them I lost my 2FA at Kucoin and I emailed the support team after 1 week i manage to retrieve my account.
