We're launching tokenized equity placement. We combine the best in equity and tokens and issue tokenized equity compliance with Reg S and Reg D of the US SEC. Yes, shareholders get dividends and vote rights. Finom is launching a tokenized equity offering to expand its active business and launch in new directions.
