OKCoin币行在其官网发布公告显示，从10月31日24时起，OKCoin币行将停止人民币和比特币交易，用户可随时提现人民币至银行卡；对于数字资产，用户也可提现至其他平台或钱包。此外，OKCoin币行宣布将逐渐转型为区块链技术应用和开发公司，服务中国客户，并同时进军海外市场。公告称，OKCoin币行表示其品牌和网站也会继续存在，并免费为客户提供数字资产的保存和托管服务，其电话和在线客服务也将继续运行。
