Thanks for your interest. I don't think so, any one is doing this. Actually, in coinsmarkets exchange, whenever someone sells then 2 orders are created of the same value, but on the other hand if someone buys from the buy section, then only 1 order is created. You can check this thing on the order book of other coins as well, and you will see similar pattern.
