I see neither notification for user nor any geo ip filtering - anybody can vote now. Lol they just set timer to some UTC time or something, that's not enough, voting must depend on it... I don't know when the voting actually stops, I see it's going on for now.

Applied again now, but I didn't get any receipt page, can't know if that is how it works, or the airdrop application is shut off.

The coin is a month and 1/2 old. It has  its peaks. Top hashrate has been close to 200Kh/s. So it´s quite a good time for mining, project is in its very beggining.
