Look at the people inside the Bluzelle, as if a lot of them are very powerful, there are the ether square, the ripple, and the Silicon Valley and so on.

May somebody here help me finding an answer on my question? Is it save to buy BLZ on IDEX?

Damn this coin is doing surprisingly good on exchange, I didn't expect the price to rise so much after their ICO. Now it's trading at something like 4x times the ICO's price I think ? They got listed on Binance so fast, it's probably the most hype project this month people are talking about Bluzelle everywhere on telegram. I got lucky and managed to buy a little bit at a cheap price during their ICO. One of the few promising project for this year in my opinion.

What is the main difference between what Bluzelle is doing and what other 'decentralised storage' type of coins are doing. For example, I understand Sia coin, which has been around for a while, is attempting to do something similar to your swarm storage concept.
