Very cool, are locations generally accurate? I'm not seeing myself, but I almost always have bitcoin open.

Interesting, there are three within 25 miles of me, so maybe I am one of those.

I'm in South Korea and I set up 2 machines running the client today. I see on the map that one of them has appeared. It's red on the map in the OP and white when I look at the google maps link.
If my client window says I have connections down at the bottom does that mean it will be green?
One machine is behind a firewall I don't have access to do anything to (work computer) and the other one isn't behind anything, so I think I should eventually see one green and one red point near my location. Am I understanding this right?

Make sure your firewall on the machine itself is configured to allow incoming connections on port 8333, then your machine will appear green. You'll get connections even if you didn't configure your firewall, but it's better to. The map is "updated" every 30 minutes. If your node is white it may take some time until it is tested. If it's red it won't be tested again before at least 24 hours.

This image, or a variation of it, might be good for the Wikipedia article. Unless you want to recommend another, would you care to license this image for use on the Wikipedia?

Looks like there is atleast one poor client in Thailand. Poor fellow will have difficulties using ฿ for Bhat and Bitcoin.

Nice. Is there an easy place to see the total unique nodes ever identified?

Well, it's not that great once you make a zoom on specific areas. There is only one node in London, for instance.
I actually think that those marks are way too big on the global mark. This gives a false feeling.

It's a realy cool overview, but these huge blobs make it look like everybody in the world is using it. Don't think thats the case yet.
