I guess that the hidden number is 34, once it's half of 68 There was no application yet for the '²' and '-2' So I tried to write 34 as 36 - 2, what also means 6² - 2 and finally f² - 2 But it wasn't my lucky day ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Getting warmer.

It's '2q'
As you not used 2 as multiplier yet
Why q? q represents 17 2q = 34 2q (or 2Q) is the correct answer. There are other reasons to confirm that, but I won't press on those. Bonus points for a full detailing of the solution if someone wants to spot the missing pieces. But otherwise, congratulations! I'll have to get your BTC address, and I'll chase up a few people who made helpful breakthroughs to award consolation prizes.

You used elevated to the square and minus two to represente letters into numbers
I can't represent 34 with letters, because there are only 26. Even if I use +2 or -2 it won't be possible
6² - 2 was not the answer, so it only remains '2q', using the 2 and also a letter
