Bitcoin_BOy$ farming accounts with bots - now used to shill ICO scams

Bitcoin_BOy$ was caught farming accounts with bots in the 777 giveaway thread back in 2015. He recently popped up in Meta to ask about whether it's ok to leave negative feedback on bought/sold accounts:

Most of people in that board who tried to sell bitcointalk accounts get negative trust.

I know most part of them are scammers that's right, anyway my question still, Trading bitcointalk account is legal or illegal ?

If so, the ones who gave negative trust to those who try to trade accounts, are abusing trust system ?

I repeat again, this is a question for clearing to every bitcointalk users that trading their accounts is legal or illegal and do not concern mine in anyway!

If you check them many have been left feedback for shilling ICO scams. Now, what connects them to Bitcoin_BOy$. If you check their first posts they all have a very distinct posting style and were posting one after the other including Bitcoin_BOy$:

Using 'kind of respect' and 'best promoe' isn't just a coincidence. He also created some sort of signature bot for Marcotheminer. I don't know whether Bitcoin_BOy$ is up to no good and shilling for ICOs himself or he's just selling accounts to them but either way he's facilitating these scams in some capacity.

Edit: User has admitted they were farmed by him but claims the accounts were hacked (very possible but still doesn't explain why he would create such a thread in the first place):

I created those accounts at 2015, this thread describing that farming accounts is legal in 2016

I replied to him, I didn't do anything illegal, I stopped working on them 2015, they all have same password and someone hacked them.

I created the thread to know if buying and selling accounts is legal or illegal, and to be know what Lauda is doing is a trust system abusing or not.
I farmed all those accounts by myself, and I didn't sell accounts, and they were hacked.

Anyway, it's not trust abuse. People are free to leave feedback as they wish and many do for account sales. The fact of the matter is a huge number of accounts you've admitted to having farmed/botted are now being used to shill for ICOs and sig spamming etc whether you sold them directly or not.

I'm an old member and I don't know if trading accounts is illegal or legal. I saw Lauda giving negative trust for something that I don't know if it is illegal I will simply complain why Lauda send negative feedbacks.
I repeat I'm not concerned in account trading (which no one still know its illegal or legal) and I don't have any other account ( since Aug 2015 my accounts get hacked probably I didn't check them because I was busy, I tried Sep 2017 and found they were all hacked/banned)

I have been working with few companies that trusted me and they suddenly cancelled their partnership with me.

I am a programmer and Yes I have farmed the accounts, they were running on a server.
I have almost never put attention on them until this thread came up.

They were not used to collect money from any giveaway, the giveaway signature was there, I was only getting money from my personal account Bitcoin_Boy$ from giveaways, nothing prevent anyone to use it even if they don't sponsor the giveaway.

There is no proof to you guys that I have used these accounts in a SPAM nor there is a proof that I didn't, So shouldn't the feedback be neutral at least?

I have participated and got paid on this account, I made legit posts.
The farmed accounts posted there, but they were never paid.

I don't really care, maybe you should give the forum moderators a negative trust because V2 (Epochtalk) was never released and it is more relevent to the forum than spamming.

Epochtalk costed maybe nowdays value more than $200M, the last update to it on github was 3 years ago.
