The incentive should be to keep the coins in the wallets rather than dumping them on exchange.

What's the typical time for a transfer out of the QT wallet? I have an up to date chain and full connectivity. Anyone else have these issues?

What??? Why do you need to close working MN? If my MN ceases to work on May 15th, I will sell all the coins and I will invest my money in more stable coins and stable developers.
