That's a good question, what do you mean by "terms"?
BABB will have to apply for a banking license like any other company should, there is no exception.
From the last upadte from the team:

I'm sorry, I did not express myself accurately enough. I wanted to clarify at what time the team is waiting for a license? Judging by the road map, this should take place before Q1 2019, when the full launch of the platform is planned?

The BAX token is used under the hood to operate the services of the platform across all the geographies and jurisdictions served by the platform.BABB supports traditional banking functions such as transfers, payments, cash in/out, as well as other peer-to-peer transactions using smart contracts. BAX is a token which basically is the gas for any transaction on the BABB platform.

People using BABB will not be dealing in BAX tokens as such. As far as they will know it will be their local currency. They will have no reason to know the bax token even exists.

Its a good point.  The technology will not necessarily be an important aspect to them.  They simply want a concept/product which works for them and helps to make their everyday lives easier and empowers their financial freedom.  That said the app still has to function seamlessly

I read this in one of the bounty articles. The protocol function includes many elements that ensure the speed of transactions, but so far these are just words

Although little late but feel necessary to give feedback on successful ending after getting the maximum threshold for equity shares. It was great opportunity for many people to become early shareholders and lot of used this opportunity. Having own pro-crypto bank on the back of token will show results on grounds in reality. This is beginning for huge future well done.

BABB hopes to be a bank themselves one day (if they are granted a license). So, in that case, they would very much be competing with brick and mortar, and online banks.

But Babb are building on a federated private blockchain with partner banks as the node operators. They don’t want to be on a public network. So it doesn’t even fit in with Babb’s objectives. So stop shilling that project here.
