Hi Alphapulsared – I'm not that familiar with Substratum and haven't been able to find anything to go on (such as a GitHub repo). So, I can't really comment on what their focus is.

It looks like this project had done some marketing on ICO sites which gave high ratings, but not enough on this bitcointalk community as it doesn't have a bounty campaign. I'm interested in this project because of the team's solid tech/startup experience. But I didn't see any expertise on blockchain part.  It's too early to tell if it will make a successful ICO.

We have a bunch of experience with the blockchain on the team having been developing on it for over a year now. +we've written our own contracts, which believe it or not is pretty unusual in this space.

We're not interested in shilling or buying users. We could fill this channel with thousands of posts in a matter of minutes, but it would loose all sense of reality and thus value. We're interested in organic growth with real people building real value.

I should note that we're adding around 1k registered investors on site a day at the moment...
