Almost all ICO that finished their sales lately are delaying lots of things.
I can name some but you won't believe me (some i'm already in).
These guys go in during bad market mood so they have to screw it even more.
I don't think the team ddin't finish the KYC till today or they don't really know YET how many tokens sold, they just delaying things (i won't blame them though) till the crypto space mood gets better.

An ICO i bought in now is saying there is no token distribution till 2FA is implemented lol without any ETA or date at all, imagine that.

So bounty hunters of EVN, all you can do is waiting & hoping for the best, there is nothing to be done.

I believe you because I am in the exact same situation. Envion is my third in a row bounty which is delayed. What is funny that Envion is last of them. First Atlant was not paid for 7 months and now they will pay us every month for 18 months. Second Hdac already few 4 months after ICO and there is still nothing in terms of blockchain development so still, months form bounty payout. And my third and last Envion.

I don't know what happens with all this ICO's but nothing good for sure.

There is a problem with abuse - and the last information is that Envion is on it and cleans up.

I think that they will give a bounty payment after the market has recovered. If they now pay bounty members, then the price will drop dramatically. Other projects honestly state this. I think it's honest. I'll give you an example from another ICO.

With Rayan Air in Europe he will find a ticket for 70 euro. European flights are cheap if you search and book sooner. From where I live I can fly there for 90 euro tomorrow. So this is really possible that a bounty hunter will visit Envion office one day.

Nothing will change of you pouring rage here. The only real thing we can do is wait and hope for the better that they are not scammers and just delaying the things because of the market mood etc.

when you arrive there the office is empty and only a mailbox on the wall. and then there are still 70 or 80 dollars left for the air ticket. maybe the people are already gone. nobody knows because the team does not write. it may still exist. It may also be scam
