Hello i'm new here and my english isn't really good.

I use Electrum 2.7.12 (Electrum 3.0.0 didn't work - there is any system error).

I should have reveived about 0,025 BTC since a few days, but I don't received them,
since it "arrived" (i can see, that there is a transaction, but i can't see details or the amount - the amount isn't on my wallet).

Since then, my Electrum only shows "Synchronizing" in the bottem left - without any details and without any change since days (my computer is all the time online...).
I also can't see any adresses in the provided "thread".

How can i get these Bitcoin and what is wrong?
Can i nevertheless use this wallet?
Can i nevertheless transfer Bitcoin? (to the adress in "Receive" - or is it not possible?)

I'm sorry for my bad english...

Please help me, i'm so desperate!

I wish anyone can help me...

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

What was the error with Electrum 3.0? Did you run "python3 setup.py install" to install the new dependencies?

Have you tried to change the Electrum server? (Tools -> Network -> Right click a server and "Use as server")
Have you tried to reinstall Electrum?

If you have your seed/private-key, you are safe. Even if Electrum doesn't work anymore, you can import your wallet in another wallet and recover your funds.

On which platform are you currently on, Windows or linux? Also do you have some sorts of antivirus installed? What i can assume is that your firewall is blocking electrum to communicate with the servers. Are you using the default windows firewall? or by any chance have you installed anyother firewall which comes with your antivirus? It may be the issue behind this.
