Next, the advertiser displays their advertisements in their routers and shows them to those who connect to the router. People get free Internet, router owners - passive income, and advertisers get precise targeting and saving in advertising displays.

For sure that this idea will be implemented in a public place like airports and areas where there are many people, but how will it become a targeted advertisement where people accessing the wifi thru routers were random people and have different interests?

Participants of pre-ICO and ICO will receive invites to connect routers to the Wi-Fi Global network. Invites are special codes that will give access to special software for installation on a router.

Looks like we have to re-think ad-blocking on the router, as if all the web advertising ain't enough already

You can say so. We are creating another decentralized advertising platform, but already on the basis of routers. The scale of this network is huge.
