I can tell you. Owners of routers with the help of invites, which can be obtained for participation in pre-ICO and ICO, are connected to the Wi-Fi Global system. Next, the advertiser displays their advertisements in their routers and shows them to those who connect to the router. But the truth is that to do with countries where there is a ban on anonymous access to the network? For example, in Russia for two years, the law on compulsory proof of identity via a phone number which is tied to the passport.
