I've just read the whitepaper.
So basically the ads pay the router owner for the wifi connection.
The user can use it freely?

The user connects to WiFi for free after viewing the advertisement.

Im predicting this Wifi Global will last longer than other coin and will rise like bitcoin. This will help other people to earn more coins and they should keep it and not to dump to become successful one. That road map is so helpful to see the future program and some events. Maybe they are just being strict to avoid making multiple accounts, they just want to avoid abuse in their airdrops. And it will also give chance to legit users that wants to join the airdrops. I'll see if I can also join.

I am a bit confused as to how router owners earn. Can anyone clear that up for me?

I can tell you. Owners of routers with the help of invites, which can be obtained for participation in pre-ICO and ICO, are connected to the Wi-Fi Global system. Next, the advertiser displays their advertisements in their routers and shows them to those who connect to the router. People get free Internet, router owners - passive income, and advertisers get precise targeting and saving in advertising displays.

For sure that this idea will be implemented in a public place like airports and areas where there are many people, but how will it become a targeted advertisement where people accessing the wifi thru routers were random people and have different interests?

Advertisers will see the return from different places and will themselves adjust their advertising displays to the desired routers with the target audience.
